About the role

Agilitus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Perth People & Culture team. You will help expand the company’s engineering and design capabilities across the resources, energy and industrial sectors by attracting top white‑collar talent.

Key responsibilities

• Actively headhunt professionals for white‑collar roles using a variety of sourcing strategies.
• Innovate and improve existing recruitment processes and technology to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing best‑practice recruitment methodologies, market insights, and talent‑sourcing strategies.
