Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage pipelines of high‑performing sales talent. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for sales roles and work closely with leadership to define and source the right candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build proactive talent pipelines for closers, setters, sales leaders and other revenue‑generating positions using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and creative outbound strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens, assess candidates against scorecards, and manage interview coordination, offer management and onboarding partnership.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, track recruiting metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Develop and nurture relationships with high‑performing sales professionals to position Curvion Blue as a destination for top sales talent.

Required profile

• 1+ years of full‑cycle talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably sourcing salespeople.
• Proven ability to source candidates proactively rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Comfortable conducting candidate screens, making hiring recommendations and managing multiple open roles.
• Strong communication skills and a data‑driven mindset focused on metrics and quality of hire.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.
• Understanding of sales metrics, quotas, KPIs and high‑ticket sales environments.
