Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Cheil Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and drive end‑to‑end recruitment for both field‑force and head‑office positions. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth and transformation by ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil staffing requirements.
• Write position descriptions, create advertisements and manage online job postings.
• Conduct full recruitment cycles: screen applications, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, perform reference checks and extend offers.
• Maintain and update talent pools and provide regular recruitment updates to internal and client teams.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
• Support onboarding programmes, including induction communications.
• Produce weekly/monthly recruitment reports and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
• Serve as the primary contact for public enquiries about field‑force and HQ expatriate roles.
• Assist with People & Culture initiatives, social projects and general administration.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in a media/creative agency or in‑house environment.
• Experience handling high‑volume recruitment.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing recruitment demands.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
