Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing HR team in Western Sydney. This 12‑month fixed‑term, part‑time position (10 am‑2 pm) will help execute and redesign our recruitment strategy for entry‑ to mid‑level retail and warehouse roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 20 live recruitment roles simultaneously, focusing on retail sales assistants and warehouse staff nationwide.
• Partner with the HR Manager and HR Advisor to execute and refine recruitment strategies.
• Post job ads, shortlist candidates, conduct screenings and reference checks.
• Provide candidate management, coach hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience through onboarding.

Required profile

• Kind, empathetic and enjoys a fun, collaborative team environment.
• Adaptable to a newly created HR department and flexible work arrangements.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and able to manage day‑to‑day responsibilities independently.
• Retail and warehouse experience is highly regarded.
