Talent Acquisition Specialist – Apparel Brands

About the role

The Myer Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its apparel brands across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. This fixed‑term position runs until November 2026 and offers a hybrid work model between our St Kilda Road and Docklands offices and home.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Managers to attract and secure talent for store management roles (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Stock Management).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: vacancy identification, requisition, advertising, screening, shortlisting and offers.
• Maintain talent pipelines and proactively source candidates for critical roles.
• Ensure accurate records in the PageUp applicant tracking system.
• Provide HR administration support and handle internal contract changes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration or customer‑service coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build relationships at all business levels.
• Proactive attitude, sound judgement with confidential information and ability to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System – PageUp preferred.
