About the role

The Recruiter will support DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson MedTech business, by attracting and hiring top talent across New South Wales. This full‑cycle recruitment position works closely with hiring managers to deliver a high‑quality, inclusive candidate experience and directly contributes to the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, internal databases and social platforms.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and report recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws and data‑privacy regulations.
• Utilise recruiting technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Translate market insights and talent data into actionable recommendations for hiring managers and HR partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a MedTech or healthcare environment.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and data‑privacy requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
