Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Sydney

About the role

KordaMentha is expanding its People & Culture team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment across the business. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional looking to move beyond administrative tasks and take ownership of full recruitment cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for selected roles, from advertising to onboarding.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and build talent pipelines.
• Create and maintain vacancies in the applicant tracking system and external job boards.
• Support graduate and vacationer recruitment programmes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offers.
• Represent the firm at university events, career fairs, and networking initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and broader People & Culture projects.
