Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Bankstown Sports Club is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its People & Culture team. You will support recruitment across a wide range of positions, from front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house roles to corporate and administration jobs, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple venues and business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and match talent to those needs.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search, job boards and direct sourcing.
• Guide candidates through screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Coordinate the Club’s New Starter Onboarding program, ensuring contracts, compliance checks and system access are completed accurately.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Payroll and People & Culture teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Experience in HR, recruitment coordination, administration or recruitment resourcing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.
