About the role
This contract position supports a busy Talent Acquisition function within a large financial services organisation. You will coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, focusing on technical assessment interviews and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with senior technical assessors to secure availability and organise assessments.
- Manage interview logistics to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Support TA Partners with recruitment administration and process coordination.
- Track interview feedback and communicate updates promptly.
- Build strong relationships with senior and technical stakeholders across the business.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition coordination role.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build rapport with senior and technical stakeholders.
- Self‑sufficient, proactive and able to drive outcomes.
- Experience in a large, complex organisation is highly regarded.

- $360 per day + superannuation.
- Hybrid working model (approximately 50% in office, including Tuesdays).

- Immediate start with contract through to the end of the year.
