Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Contract (Hybrid, Sydney)

About the role

This contract position supports a busy Talent Acquisition function within a large financial services organisation. You will coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, focusing on technical assessment interviews and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with senior technical assessors to secure availability and organise assessments.
• Manage interview logistics to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Support TA Partners with recruitment administration and process coordination.
• Track interview feedback and communicate updates promptly.
• Build strong relationships with senior and technical stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition coordination role.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build rapport with senior and technical stakeholders.
• Self‑sufficient, proactive and able to drive outcomes.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation is highly regarded.
