Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

As a member of the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will own the end‑to‑end talent attraction lifecycle for Infotrust. You will design and execute strategies to attract, engage and hire top talent, while shaping the employer brand and employee value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data‑driven, function‑specific attraction strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Develop narrative and digital content to engage passive candidates and promote the employer brand.
• Shape and evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with People & Culture and Marketing.
• Activate the EVP across job ads, social media, employee stories and recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing and design teams to ensure recruitment messaging aligns with the broader brand.
• Monitor talent market trends, competitor hiring practices and share insights to inform hiring strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes, candidate profiles and champion inclusive hiring practices.
• Lead initiatives beyond sourcing, such as onboarding improvements, talent pooling, internal mobility and candidate experience.
• Uphold ethical recruitment standards, confidentiality and compliance with employment legislation.
