Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Laser Clinics Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its Support Office team on a fixed‑term basis until June 2027. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for franchise, corporate clinics and support‑office positions across the ANZ network, helping build high‑performing teams that drive clinic success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for franchise, corporate and support‑office roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, provide market insights and design sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search, Indeed and other platforms.
• Advertise vacancies, screen applications, conduct phone interviews, coordinate manager interviews and oversee offers through onboarding.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
• Enhance the employer brand through recruitment marketing, social media and careers page content.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in internal or agency recruitment, preferably high‑volume.
• Proven track record managing full recruitment cycles and building talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all business levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on candidate experience.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
