Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Talison Lithium is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor for its Greenbushes Lithium Operation, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role delivers a professional, fair and positive recruitment experience, helping attract people who share the company's commitment to safety and respect, and supporting a smooth onboarding journey. Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: advertising, sourcing and screening, interviewing, reference checks, scheduling medicals and inductions, and preparing and approving contracts.
• Liaise with Hiring Managers on vacant and approved positions to start recruitment and selection in line with procedure.
• Advise on recruitment strategies and support the application of quality assurance and recruitment policies.
• Answer enquiries about employment opportunities and help applicants submit applications.
• Process recruitment requests accurately using an online recruitment system and provide online recruitment support.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Able to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
• Good communication with all levels of the business, strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience working well in a close-knit team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with onboarding programs such as SuccessFactors.
• Use of an online recruitment system.
