Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a global engineering and technology organisation operating across Australia and internationally. Working in a hybrid model, you will partner with hiring managers to attract technical and corporate talent that supports the company’s growing pipeline of infrastructure, energy and renewable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for engineering, project delivery and corporate positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source, engage and maintain talent pipelines using market‑specific channels.
• Conduct screening, interviews and coordinate offer management.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends and candidate availability.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in internal recruitment or agency environments, preferably within engineering, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach and ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
