About the role

Lycopodium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its global recruitment team in Perth for a 12‑month fixed‑term parental leave cover. The role offers flexible working hours – part‑time or full‑time – and the chance to recruit white‑collar engineering talent for a leading consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, project services and corporate shared‑service roles, from advertising to offer management.
• Develop and maintain role briefs, present hiring strategies to senior leadership, and lead branding on social channels.
• Utilise online reference‑checking and assessment tools, and represent the company at career fairs and university open days.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritise talent needs and deliver recruitment outcomes.
• Leverage modern ATS and CRM technology to streamline candidate engagement and management.
• Contribute to candidate experience strategies that differentiate Lycopodium in the market.

Required profile

• Agency or in‑house recruitment experience; technical or engineering background preferred but not essential.
• Passionate about candidate care and genuine about a long‑term talent acquisition career.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver high‑quality service.
