About the role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor (Bulk Recruitment) plays a critical part in shaping the workforce that underpins the operation of Victoria's courts. Working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, you will design and deliver structured recruitment programmes that balance efficiency, consistency and high‑quality candidate outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end‑to‑end bulk recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes across multiple intakes.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide expert advice on best‑practice recruitment strategies and market approaches.
• Design and implement structured recruitment processes that balance consistency, efficiency and strong candidate experience.
• Build and maintain continuous talent pipelines to support ongoing and future workforce demand.
• Drive proactive attraction strategies, including innovative sourcing approaches to engage diverse candidate pools.
• Influence and guide stakeholders to achieve optimal recruitment outcomes aligned with operational priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and insights to enhance recruitment processes and delivery.
• Support reporting on recruitment activity and workforce trends to inform planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑volume or bulk recruitment campaigns in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment streams simultaneously with strong planning and delivery discipline.
• Strong capability to advise and influence stakeholders on contemporary recruitment practices and workforce strategies.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demand.
