TAFE at School Coordinator – Full‑time

About the role

The TAFE at School Coordinator will drive the growth and retention of vocational training programmes for secondary schools across Greater Brisbane. Reporting to the TAFE at School Manager, you will work closely with business managers, delivery teams and external stakeholders to deliver high‑impact educational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and coordinate TAFE at School programmes, including enrolments, progression and completion activities.
• Develop and implement events, VET forums and school engagement activities.
• Present programme information to students, teachers and parents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with secondary schools, parents and industry partners.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as the TAFE at School Program Guide.
• Identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
• Monitor student data and report to the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating educational or training programmes for secondary schools.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver events.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business managers and delivery teams.
