Systems Support Officer – Café Franchise

About the role

Stella Rossa is seeking a Systems Support Officer to keep the digital backbone of its café franchise network running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for all IT and systems queries from franchise partners and head‑office staff, ensuring reliable operation of core platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the helpdesk ticketing system, providing end‑to‑end support for digital tools and IT issues.
• Configure, administer and maintain the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and overseeing platform integrations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for franchise partners, store managers and internal teams.
• Assist with new site set‑up and onboarding, working closely with the Operations team.
• Maintain digital filing, compliance documentation and audit‑ready business records.
• Support the POS ecosystem (Lightspeed, Deliverect, guest‑facing app and loyalty platform) and liaise with vendors when issues arise.
• Administer the HR and workforce platform (Tanda), keeping employee data accurate and compliant.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to systems and processes as the network expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or systems support role.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to train and support non‑technical users.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for data accuracy and compliance.
