Swim School Manager

About the role

BlueFit is seeking a Swim School Manager to lead the Learn to Swim program at its Sandringham facility. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will own daily operations, mentor instructors, and ensure a safe, inclusive aquatic environment for the community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily swim school operations in line with BlueFit systems and service benchmarks.
• Coach, schedule, and inspire a team of swim instructors to deliver high‑quality lessons.
• Build strong relationships with members and families, handling feedback with care.
• Identify growth opportunities to enhance program quality, student retention, and service delivery.

Required profile

• A warm, inclusive leader with exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable engaging with parents, staff, and senior leadership.

Required skills

• Swim Teaching Qualification: SISSS00112 (or AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia equivalent).
• First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certifications.
• Valid VIC Working with Children Check.
