Support Technician – Cloud & On‑Premise IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Support Technician to join First Focus, Australia’s leading managed service provider. You will work across desktop, server and cloud environments, providing end‑to‑end support for our diverse client base while continuously developing your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve tickets related to Microsoft AD, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
• Support cloud platforms including Azure AD, Entra, Hyper‑V, Citrix and AWS.
• Participate in project deployments and on‑site visits as required.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain clean and efficient environments.
• Document solutions and ensure user communication is clear and helpful.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Active Directory (Azure and on‑prem) and end‑user support.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Exchange and cloud services.
• Experience with ticketing systems and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for problem solving.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle for on‑site work.
