Supply Planner

About the role

Join Langdon’s ANZ planning team as a Supply Planner and turn customer demand into an executable supply plan. You will work from our western suburbs head office, collaborating with production, procurement and consumer teams to ensure product availability while controlling inventory and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Convert demand forecasts into a detailed supply plan that meets customer needs.
• Maintain the supply plan for on‑site production, ensuring capacity and inventory are aligned.
• Manage inventory levels for finished goods, work‑in‑progress and raw materials.
• Identify out‑of‑stock situations and recommend mitigation actions.
• Provide demand insights to the Material Planner and procurement team.
• Coordinate third‑party production with the consumer team.
• Keep system demand data up‑to‑date through forecasts and customer schedules.
• Support cross‑departmental new‑business projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a planning or supply‑chain role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
