Supply Planner (6‑month contract)

About the role

MECCA is seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Planner to join the MECCA‑Maginations team for a six‑month fixed‑term role at our Support Centre. You will be responsible for planning and executing manufacturing orders, maintaining accurate item data, and ensuring seamless delivery of products from suppliers to our warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain own‑branded MECCA‑Maginations items in the ERP system, ensuring accurate master data.
• Execute monthly supply and demand planning, reviewing forecasts, launches and risks.
• Manage orders, procurement and supplier relationships to secure timely delivery of components, raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee production planning and logistics with external manufacturers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor inventory health, conduct cycle counts and minimise out‑of‑stock or overstock situations.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain management or a related field.
• Experience in retail or support‑centre environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an ERP system for stock management.
