Supply Officer – Warehouse & Materials Management

About the role

As a Supply Officer at the St Ives Mine, you will be a key member of the supply team, ensuring that parts, materials and consumables flow smoothly across the site. You will report to the Supply Supervisor and be responsible for core warehouse and delivery activities, supporting safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, replenish and control critical spares and consumables to minimise unplanned downtime.
• Check incoming goods against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies and record all materials accurately.
• Maintain SAP bin locations, stock movements and warehouse records for reliable inventory visibility.
• Coordinate with transport contractors to track shipments and manage delivery schedules.
• Distribute direct‑charge items to the appropriate departments and work areas.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping, safety and organisation within the warehouse.

Required profile

• Valid WA driver’s licence (MR class desirable).
• Current forklift licence.
• Experience in a large warehouse or supply environment; mining experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

Required skills

• Forklift operation licence.
• Proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
