Supply Chain Planning Specialist

About the role

JDE Peet's is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to drive product launches and innovation projects across its Australian business. You will work hands‑on across the full supply chain, collaborating with Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure new products reach market on time and within cost expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end product launches, meeting Available‑to‑Order (ATO) timelines.
• Work cross‑functionally on innovation projects aligned with global processes (I4G/A4E).
• Identify and manage risks, timelines and dependencies across projects.
• Coordinate logistics trials and ensure compliance with GS1 standards.
• Analyse supply‑chain costs and route‑to‑market efficiencies.
• Support procurement with sourcing and packaging requirements.
• Manage co‑packer specifications, planning and production scheduling.
• Maintain accurate demand forecasts in partnership with Sales & Marketing.
• Raise purchase orders, monitor inventory health and minimise write‑offs.
• Coordinate SAP master‑data setup for new products and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Proven ability to identify risks, set timelines and drive projects to successful launch.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data management and inventory control.

Required skills

• SAP (master‑data and planning modules).
• Knowledge of GS1 standards for product identification.
• Supply‑planning and demand‑forecasting tools.
• Data analysis and strong data‑integrity practices.
