Supply Chain Planner – New Product Execution

About the role

Techtronic Industries is seeking an ANZ New Product Execution Planner to join the Consumer Supply Chain Planning team. Reporting to the ANZ Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will coordinate planning activities for new product launches, transitions, and discontinuations across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate planning for new product introductions, transitions, and exits across ANZ.
• Drive demand and supply planning for these products within a 12‑month horizon.
• Identify, assess, and communicate supply chain risks through S&OP and S&OE forums.
• Partner with cross‑functional project teams to embed supply chain requirements into launch plans.
• Maintain accurate master data and manage inventory and safety stock settings.
• Ensure on‑time product availability, achieve service level targets, and reduce excess inventory during phase‑outs.
• Support after‑sales planning to guarantee parts and service availability.

• Organised, analytical planner who enjoys solving complex problems.
• Strong prioritisation, time‑management, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capability, translating data into business decisions.
• Effective stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, projects, or cross‑functional initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience in demand planning, supply planning or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and new product introduction (NPI) lifecycle.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Comfort with AI and digital tools to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Knowledge of inventory optimisation, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar continuous‑improvement methodologies.
