Supervisor Structural

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Supervisor Structural to lead the structural construction activities on the Alkimos Seawater Alliance desalination project in Perth. You will ensure that all works are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily work fronts for crews.
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials across the site.
• Review drawings, method statements and work packs.
• Monitor progress against the schedule and resolve site issues.
• Enforce safety procedures, permits and isolations.
• Inspect completed works and manage punch items.
• Report progress, risks and resource needs to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Construction Supervision or equivalent (desirable).
• Trade qualification relevant to structural steel, concrete or construction disciplines.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in construction or engineering, including foreman or supervisor roles.
• Proven experience delivering structural works on Tier 1 construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Commitment to safety, quality and environmental best practice.
• Ability to obtain pre‑employment medical and National Crime Check.
