Studio Manager

About the role

The Studio Manager will ensure the Sydney studio operates as a welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will support the day‑to‑day functioning of the studio and related locations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard in the Sydney studio, keeping the space inviting and functional for team members and guests.
• Greet and interact with team members and visitors, embodying the company’s values of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
• Manage incoming calls and voicemails, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
• Oversee studio supplies for Sydney and other locations, ordering and tracking stock to keep essential items available.
• Assist team members with meeting‑room bookings, setup, and organisation for both in‑person and virtual meetings.
• Support kitchen upkeep, including coffee machine maintenance, dishwasher management, and overall cleanliness.
• Provide administrative support to the team, delivering timely assistance for various tasks.
• Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Required profile

• Onsite presence 5 days a week (Monday‑Friday).
• First point of contact for visitors and clients.
