Student Success Officer – Education & Student Services

About the role

JPI Global is looking for experienced Student Success Officers to join its Chatswood and Sydney CBD campuses. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for students, parents and visitors, guiding enrolments, coordinating communications and supporting the academic journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted first point of contact for students, parents and visitors.
• Manage student enquiries, recruitment, enrolments and records with precision.
• Coordinate timetables, consultations, assessments and campus events.
• Facilitate clear communication between students, families, teachers and managers.
• Provide accurate guidance on academic programmes and pathways.
• Assist with student success initiatives, marketing activities and community engagement.
• Contribute to daily campus operations and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in student services or a similar educational support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and administrative tasks accurately.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

What we offer

• Full‑time salary $55,000 – $65,000 per annum (experience‑based) or $26 – $32 per hour for part‑time/casual.
