Student Services Team Leader (Hybrid, Full‑Time)

About the role

Acknowledge Education is seeking an experienced Student Services Team Leader to oversee its Student Services team on the Sydney campus. This full‑time, hybrid position blends on‑site leadership with one day of remote work each week, ensuring a balanced and impactful student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Student Services Officers, fostering high performance and service excellence.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations across orientation, enrolment, progression and graduation touchpoints.
• Collaborate with academic and operational stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain the integrity of student records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service performance metrics and use student feedback and data insights to continuously enhance delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience within the education sector, preferably in student services or support functions.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with student management systems.
