Structural Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Structural Supervisor to lead our site workforce at a Coal Handling and Processing Plant (CHPP) in the Mackay & Coalfields region. You will build strong rapport with the team, lead by example, and champion a high level of safety awareness while working a 7‑day roster (dayshift only).

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the site workforce and ensure safe work practices.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Allocate resources efficiently and monitor compliance.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate performance and compliance expectations openly.

Required profile

• Current driver’s licence.
• Relevant trade qualifications.
• Strong statutory and management reporting abilities.
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
