About the role

Westera Partners, a consulting engineering firm with offices across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, is hiring a Structural Drafter for its Brisbane team due to increased demand for its services. The role suits someone with 3-5 years of experience who can deliver high-quality work across a wide range of projects, from residential to infrastructure.

Required profile

• Cert IV in Drafting and/or Associate Diploma in Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a Queensland workplace
• Ability to solve technical problems and communicate proactively with delivery managers and engineers
• Attention to detail and the ability to keep pace and quality under pressure
• Experience applying Australian design standards on projects delivered in SEQ, with details of local authorities and asset owners
• Valid Australian work rights

Required skills

• Advanced Revit skills
• Some exposure to AutoCAD
