Strategy Consultant

About the role

Advancy Australia is seeking a Strategy Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a related field. You will join a high‑impact, entrepreneurial environment and work directly with C‑suite and private‑equity clients on complex strategy and value‑creation projects across consumer, healthcare, retail and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Take early ownership of workstreams and deliver actionable insights from day one.
• Contribute to client discussions and presentations at the executive level.
• Develop and execute strategic recommendations for value creation.
• Collaborate with lean project teams across multiple industries.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with senior stakeholders.
