Storeperson Level 1 - Forklift Operator

About the role

Impact HR Group is recruiting a Storeperson Level 1 (Forklift Operator) for an Australian-owned company that manufactures and distributes air conditioners, based in Marsden Park. You will work on either the early shift (5.45am to 2.15pm) or the afternoon shift (2.45pm to 11.15pm). The forklift operation makes up about 70% of the work.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the high-reach BT Toyota forklift to pick and put away stock
• Use the RF scanner
• Load and unload warehoused components to and from the assembly line
• Receivable duties and despatching tasks
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counting as needed
• Stock replenishment

Required profile

• Evidence of a solid work history
• Excellent forklift skills and safety
• Reliable, follows through on commitments and contributes to team chemistry
• Desire to join a team that takes pride in product quality
