Storeperson & Forklift Operator – Day Shift (Minto, Sydney)

About the role

Redox is seeking a reliable Storeperson / Forklift Operator for a full‑time day shift (Monday‑Friday, 6 am‑2:06 pm) at its Minto warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Despatch goods for customer orders and secure proof of deliveries.
• Accept deliveries, receipt, unpack, sort and check goods for quality, quantity and size.
• Operate forklifts and other MHE to move containers, crates, cartons, IBCs and palletised goods.
• Maintain inventory records, complete store reports and record stock movements.
• Perform ad‑hoc housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse tidy and safe.

Required profile

• Current Australian forklift licence (LF).
• Minimum 3 years experience operating high‑reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably experienced with dangerous goods and HACCP procedures.
• Two contactable references and reliable full‑time availability.
