Storeperson & Forklift Operator – Day Shift (Laverton North)

About the role

Join Redox as a Storeperson and Forklift Operator on the day shift, supporting the efficient flow of goods in our Laverton North facility. You will play a key part in receiving, storing, and dispatching products for a diverse range of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Despatch goods for customer orders and secure proof of deliveries.
• Accept deliveries, receipt, unpack, sort and inspect goods for quality, quantity, type and size.
• Maintain inventory records, complete store reports and log stock movements.
• Operate forklifts and other MHE (high‑reach, counterbalance, Mobicon straddle carrier) to move containers, crates, cartons, IBCs and palletised goods.
• Perform ad‑hoc housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse tidy and safe.

Required profile

• Current Australian forklift licence (LF).
• Minimum 3 years experience operating high‑reach and counterbalance forklifts (essential).
• Mobicon straddle carrier experience is advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Strong verbal and written communication, good time management.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably experienced with Dangerous Goods handling and HACCP.
• Two contactable references.
