Storeperson & Forklift Operator – Bibra Lake

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, permanent Storeperson and Forklift Operator to join our Bibra Lake warehouse. The role runs on a day shift (6 am‑2:06 pm) and involves dispatching customer orders, receiving deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch goods for customer orders and secure proof of deliveries.
• Accept deliveries, receipt, unpack, sort and check goods for quality, quantity and size.
• Maintain inventory records, complete store reports and record stock movements.
• Operate high‑reach and counter‑balance forklifts, and other MHE such as Mobicon straddle carriers, to move containers, crates, cartons, IBCs and palletised goods.
• Perform ad‑hoc housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse tidy.

Required profile

• Current Australian forklift licence (LF).
• Minimum three years’ experience operating high‑reach and counter‑balance forklifts (essential).
• Mobicon straddle carrier experience is advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably experienced with Dangerous Goods handling and HACCP procedures.
• Reliable, able to commit to full‑time work and provide two contactable references.
