Store Operations Manager – Hobart

About the role

MECCA is seeking a passionate Store Operations Manager to lead its Hobart boutique. In this full‑time, on‑site role you will oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising and stock management while fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to ensure seamless inbound stock processes and maintain an attractive store environment.
• Plan, execute and refresh monthly visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Conduct and audit regular stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop team capability through ongoing training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Motivate staff to achieve KPIs and uphold MECCA’s brand values.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring abilities focused on employee development.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Genuine care for people and a commitment to delivering an excellent team experience.
