About the role
The Store Manager will lead daily operations of an Anne's Pantry bakery‑café in Ashburton, ensuring high standards of quality, service and product. You will be the custodian of the brand and drive both operational and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including staffing, rostering and ordering to meet KPI targets.
- Recruit, train and develop staff, oversee payroll and maintain labour and COGS rates.
- Handle general administration, Xero bookkeeping and store compliance audits.
- Support new store openings, franchisee training and rollout of marketing plans.
Required profile
- Leader with a results‑driven mindset.
- Professional problem solver.
- Experience in hospitality management (2‑3 years).
- Proven staff and team management abilities.
