Store Manager - Elizabeth, Stirling & St Peters

About the role

The Agostino Group, a 100% South Australian owned company with its head office in Adelaide, owns and operates AMPM Fuel and Convenience stores and fast food restaurants such as Carl's Jr and Subway. It is looking for a full-time permanent Store Manager to lead its team at the Elizabeth, Stirling and St Peters stores.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store and team performance to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Recruit, induct, train and manage the team
• Ensure store compliance with work health and safety regulations
• Manage stock levels, perform stock takes and serve customers
• Manage store budgets, invoicing and cash flow
• Support the Operations Manager on organisation compliance, risk mitigation and continuous improvement
• Work some public holidays due to the nature of the industry

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in retailing, hospitality and/or fast-food industries
• Passion for delivering customer service excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results driven, able to prioritise and coordinate the team
• Current National Police Certificate and a current C class driver's licence
