Step-up Coordinator – Drouin & Surrounds

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group in Drouin as a Step‑up Coordinator, a permanent part‑time position offering 27.5 hours per week across split shifts. This role is designed for someone ready to develop leadership, operations, and team‑management skills while making a positive impact in local schools and the community.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite.
• Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration.
• Create child‑led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.

Required profile

• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
• Working towards or holding a VIC Diploma‑level qualification for educators.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage schedules and oversee compliance.
• Experience planning and delivering educational activities.
