Station Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

Turkish Airlines is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its Airport Office as Station Agents. In this fast‑paced position you will be the first point of contact for passengers and will ensure smooth coordination among crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs and immigration.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving passengers and facilitate communication between all airport service teams.
• Prepare and verify all required flight documentation and place daily catering orders.
• Maintain accurate flight records, file post‑flight documents and analyse flight coupon statistics.
• Coordinate lost‑baggage recovery with handling agents and manage compensation processes when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Permanent residence permit for the country of employment.
• At least 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, in shifts including overnight.
• Strong teamwork orientation and capacity to work independently.

• Excellent command of English and the local language.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Effective multitasking and decision‑making abilities.
