About the role
We are seeking a Staff Java Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications. The role involves building cloud‑native solutions on AWS and ensuring high performance, security and reliability. You will work in a hybrid environment collaborating with architects, DevOps engineers and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot and microservices.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, messaging platforms and distributed systems.
- Develop cloud‑native applications and integration solutions using AWS services.
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Implement automated testing, code‑quality checks and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot complex application, API, integration and production issues.
