S&S Banking Consultant

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, account openings and guide customers toward digital banking solutions, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and related processes via phone or online channels.
• Support and educate customers on using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Facilitate digital onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Listen actively, build trust, ask the right questions and exceed customer expectations to improve NPS.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA and underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Comfortable using digital customer‑service platforms and online banking tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, build trust and ask pertinent questions.
• Ability to balance customer, risk and performance outcomes.
