Speech Pathologist - Community Contract, Central Coast NSW

About the role

Alpha Allied Health is recruiting Speech Pathologists for a community-based contract role on the Central Coast of NSW. The position offers flexible hours and caseload, competitive remuneration and future growth opportunities to expand experience into residential aged care and private settings. You will provide speech pathology services to clients in their homes to improve their independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessments, reports and therapy to community clients
• Maintain thorough client-related documentation
• Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals and referring partners
• Manage client and family feedback and take corrective action so services stay responsive to client needs

Required profile

• Tertiary speech pathology qualification and current SPA registration
• Full working rights in Australia
• Demonstrated skills and experience, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
• National police check with no disclosable outcomes (or willingness to obtain one)
• Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
