About the role

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join its clinician‑led team in Canberra. You will deliver assessments and therapy plans across home, clinic and community settings, working with a multidisciplinary group to create client‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative, client‑focused interventions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and see the real‑world impact of your work daily.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status.
• Driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
