Speech Pathologist – Clinical Team in Bankstown

About the role

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join its clinician‑led team in Bankstown. You will deliver assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings, working with a multidisciplinary team to create client‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy across a diverse caseload, including children and adults, in home, clinic and community environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to design innovative, client‑centred interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing case reviews and outcome tracking.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for client travel.
• Eligibility to obtain NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check.
• Motivation to learn, grow and work across a range of practice areas and ages.
