Solutions Consultant – SaaS Sales Engineering

About the role

Figma is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join its Sydney team and help Australian customers unlock the value of the Figma platform. You will work closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver consultative strategies, technical demos and solution designs that accelerate product delivery and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Present the vision of the Figma platform through product demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Support the Sales team by answering technical questions and showing how Figma speeds up digital product delivery.
• Manage the customer IT and security relationship during the deal cycle, handling security questionnaires and enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to surface security improvement opportunities and influence the roadmap.
• Create and scale technical sales efforts, linking customers, sales and product teams.
• Develop content that educates customers and internal partners about the platform.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and position solutions in presales, defining success criteria and leading evaluations.
• Strong communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations and product demos to product, design and engineering personas.
• Experience with front‑end development or the broader developer lifecycle.
