Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to act as the authority on Contentsquare’s suite of experience analytics products. You will partner with the business development team to present our platform to prospective clients across your assigned region and guide them through implementation, performance, and security considerations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales engagements, including requirement gathering, product demonstrations, proofs of concept and proposal development.
• Translate technical capabilities of the platform into commercial value for customers.
• Address client questions on implementation, data flows, analytics calculations, security and performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to ensure successful hand‑over and delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and contribute to the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking with CEOs, CTOs and other executives.
• Resourceful problem‑solver who can navigate complex technical discussions.
• Passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.
