Solar & Battery Sales Specialist (Phone Sales)

About the role

Energy Solution Centre, an Australian-owned solar and battery company established in 2013, is hiring a Solar & Battery Sales Specialist for its Nerang head office. The role is predominantly phone-based, selling premium solar and battery solutions to customers across Australia. Qualified sales opportunities are provided, and the company offers training, systems and an in-house installation and service team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Conduct professional phone consultations and understand customer energy usage, goals and requirements
• Design tailored solar and battery solutions and present proposals
• Handle objections and close high-ticket sales
• Follow a structured sales and follow-up process and manage the pipeline with accurate CRM records
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and work with Operations to deliver a good customer experience

Required profile

• Proven success in high-ticket phone or consultative sales
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in a sales role; solar experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Right to work in Australia and a current Australian driver's licence

Required skills

• CRM experience such as Pipedrive, Monday, Salesforce or HubSpot
• Pipeline management and follow-up discipline
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

What we offer

• $70,000-$80,000 base salary plus superannuation
• Uncapped commission, with OTE of $150,000-$250,000+
