Software Engineer – Salesforce Development (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Simplus, a fast‑growing global Salesforce implementation partner, as a Software Engineer focused on Salesforce development. You will work in a hybrid environment across Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, delivering custom solutions that simplify complex business challenges for medium to enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well‑architected Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in technical design sessions and produce solution documentation.
• Develop, test, and document custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Build integrations with third‑party APIs using SOAP, REST and Bulk APIs.
• Manage source code with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Provide effort estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
• Stay current with new Salesforce product releases and platform capabilities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce).
• Minimum 6 months of Lightning Component development.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Jira).
• Strong client‑facing communication skills.
