Software Engineer – Product Sizing and Packaging

About the role

This position is for a Software Engineer on the Product Sizing and Packaging (PSP) team, building internal and customer‑facing applications that recommend and provision cloud infrastructure for Splunk Enterprise Cloud customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain features and APIs that deliver new value to customers.
• Build backend systems that translate subscription data into accurate cloud infrastructure recommendations and automated deployment inputs.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to resolve critical incidents and support customers.
• Improve team workflow by refining tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with no experience required.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
